Root. Its easy I just did it today in a few minutes.

As said before, you'll need to root your Note II in order to uninstall the applications, however you can still disable pre-installed applications as long as they are not core components of Android itself. They won't be allowed to run, and they will not show up in the launcher. In most ways, they're gone.

Settings > Apps > All > [Application] > Force Stop, then Disable​
