How do I unblock data, I can't even make a call!?

So do you mean that someone else handles your plan, or that you stopped paying your own bills? If you mean that someone else supervises your plan, then maybe they're blocking something -- talk to them.

And if you stopped paying your bill, that's why you're blocked. Carriers don't normally give free service.

Hey @melanikoko. Welcome to Android Central.

I suspect one of two things. First, you didn't pay your bill, so your carrier had suspended your service. If you pay your bill, they will restore service.
-or-
Second, someone else is supervising your line and for whatever reason, that person has suspended your service. If that's the case, then you need to speak with whoever is supervising your line.
