How do I undo updates made today or figure out which one is causeing the problems?

I updated my wife's mega today as she ask. However one of the frazzling updates has changed her voice input settings and the read back voice. She is legally blind with only a little bit of peripheral vision so use outside of the accessibility modes is a no go. Help I am in trouble!!!
