How do I unintelligible Samsung billing app? I did not install this app do not want this app

I am not paying to have this unistalled did not want this app installed..this is BULL****!!!

Some of the pre installed apps (bloatware) cannot be uninstalled (without root). However, you can disable a lot of them...

I believe Samsung Billing was included as part of another app initially, so it was always on the device. Samsung has chosen to break it out to its own app for one reason or another.

If you don't want Samsung's included software on your phone don't buy a Samsung.
