How do I unlock 360 Security on my Samsung Galaxy S7 to gain entry to my device?

So I have 360 Security app enabled to unlock my phone by swipe on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Upon making multiple attempts I cannot gain entry into my mobile device. It shows a Lock, in the locked position, at the top of the screen. I am frustrated and have lost my reason skills and need help to undo this dilemma. Does anyone have an idea how to remedy this problem?
