How do i unlock my qlink sim card?

[Android Central Question]

I put my qlink sim card in my us cellular galaxy Galaxy j3 phone & when i turn it on it shows a network & i can send a text & recieve a text then i lose the network and receive a message saying sim card has been locked. How do i unlock my qlink sim card?
