How do i unlock my sim?

Sounds like the phone is locked and the OP stuck their own SIM in it. That's why it's asking for a code - to unlock the phone to use the SIM from another carrier. That's what AT&T locked phones do when you stick a SIM from another carrier in it.

Got to ask for the code from the original carrier. And hope the phone is paid for and not blacklisted.

Then you need to contact the carrier that has the phone locked to their network. They control that.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? If you didn't get it from Q Link, it's possible that it's not compatible with Q Link's network.
