How do i unlock Samsung Galaxy s4 1337 and use another GSM carrier?

I want to change my carrier but phone wont let me. I got as far as the service #s. The # for the s4 doesnt get me to the service screen....but the # for the s3 does get me to the Debug screen on the s4. In the screen i want, but instructions nd choice options dont match the unlock procedure that i looked up on samsung page? Any know the order or how to?

You have to either contact your carrier or a third party (like a mobile phone shop).
