Hello. I have an HTC One from C Spire (Cellular South). The bootloader is unlocked and I am rooted with no custom ROM. I am using TWRP and SuperSU. I had to use the Sprint Version of TWRP and SuperSU in order to root. I have not had any issues but I am stuck on 4.2.2. I would like to get my phone back to stock so that I can update to 4.3.

After doing: fastboot getvar version-main
It returned: version-mian: 2.04.563.2

My boot menu says:
M7_WLS PVT SHIP S-ON RH
HBoot-1.54.0000
RADIO-1.00.20.0725
OS-2.04.563.2

Also my CID is: UTSI_005

I'm fairly new to rooting and I'm not sure how to undo this. I know with other carriers it is quite easy. That's not the case with CSpire. The only thing I can think of is to somehow get S-OFF, although I'd rather avoid doing so. I thought I needed to find the CSpire RUU files, but I do not think that is the case. Since I have not installed a Custom ROM can I just do an Android OTA? Also I did not make a backup before flashing SuperSU. I hope that will not be an issue :(

I had another idea. Since my phone is stock rooted, could I just accept the Android OTA and get rid of the root? I've seen mixed opinions on this. I've seen that it will get rid of the root, but I have also seen that it will mess my device up. If it did get messed up could I not just reload a recovery of what I have now?

As long as you have the stock recovery installed the OTA will work

Yes but I don't have the stock recovery and it doesn't seem like anyone has it. I had no idea CSpire got so little support. I guess I'll find a ROM to use from now on.

You posted earlier you flashed Bad Boyz. That is a 4.3 rom which the new firmware doesn't matter

Hello, I am looking for a nandroid backup of a HTC One CID UTSI_005. is it possible you can post one or direct me to one.
Thanks.

Did you find any rom that works? i can only get as far as recovery. no sprint rom works and i lost my original on a flash drive. if you have found one can you please direct me to it, ive been searching for months. if possible can you post a copy of your backup.

Thanks

Cant find my CID or Carrier there, do you know of one i can substitute? sprint doesn't work for me. I can change My CID to whatever is necessary.
