How do I update Android software for a hospital bed BM15AP?

[Android Central Question]

I am trying to update the software on my hospital bed HCI, model number BM15AP, which has recently been factory reset and reverted back to Android software version 1.3.1.
Is there a way that I can update the software to something more recent such as 6.0 marshmallow, 7.0 nougat, or 8.0 Oreo?

Full name of the device is HCI Android Bedmate II 13.3" Low Voltage LCD-TV.
