How do i update my gallery on a LG g3

When I take a photo whilst my phone is lock, when I go to look at it, it doesn't come up, it just comes up with a grey screen and a warning sign. Can anyone help me to fix this as I need the photos that I took.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that it looks grey even after you unlock the phone and go to the Gallery app? Or are you opening the camera directly from the lockscreen, taking a photo, then trying to review your photos in the gallery? If the latter, then remember that the phone is still locked, so it's preventing you from accessing them out of security.

what happens after you unlock your phone? can you go to gallery and see the photos from the camera?
