Welcome to Android Central! If there's an official update for the device, you'll see it in Settings>About Tablet>System Updates. If it tells you it's up to date after you tap Check for Updates, then there are none available. Considering that model is the original Galaxy Tab 7.0, there's not going to be anything recent for you.
