How do you change language in the Flipboard widget?

I have a Galaxy S6 Edge +. I'm not sure how the language changed. I woke up this morning and found it this way. I'm not sure what language this is. I couldn't copy and paste a sample.

There was an update recently, maybe it changed your preferences. Check in the Flipboard settings which "international content" is selected.
