How do you change the colour of the icons on a Huawei P10

I bought two phones today and my icons are in colour but on my wife's phone the icons have no colour, how do I get them to the same as mine.

There's a Theme app. Launch it, click on me on the bottom of the screen there's an option which says customise.
Launch that and there you can personalise the themes. Wallpapers, icons etc.
