how do you create a email address on samsung galaxy tab s2 on playstore

I just got a 2nd hand samsung galaxy s2 but when i try to go into playstore I tried to make a new email address but it would not let me please help

Hi, are you trying to add an email address that already exists, or trying to create a new email address in the play store? You have to first name the email address on gmail (start a new email account) then add that email address to your phone, in Settings, Accounts, Add. Good luck.
