How do you delete synced photos from your Galaxy S4 phone, some are picasa others just wont allow me?

how do you delete synced photos from your galaxy s4 phone. some are picasa others just wont allow me

Saved photos from Pinetrest also some from Facebook and now I have now cue why I can't delete them. They have a Picasa round circle on some pictures some don't, doesn't matter I can't delete them. I have tried so many ways but then again I am a retart when it comes to phones. Need some guidance

Welcome to Android Central! The Picasa icon means it's from your Google Photos in the cloud (and was probably auto-backed up there). To delete those photos from your Google Photos cloud, you need to use either the Google Photos app, or go to your Google Photos website on your computer.
