How do you disable mobile data connection completely in ICS?

In Android 2.2 there is a button "Mobile Data" to disable Mobile Data (3G) connection completely. I use that button to save the battery life. Is there a similar button in ICS that I can use to disable the 4G/3G mobile data connection completely?

I haven't tried the toggles available on the Market, but if all else fails the option is available in the system settings. It's buried a bit (Under "Wireless and Networks"; More... -> Mobile networks), but it's there.
