How do you do a Google Apps email setup using the Gmail push system(not the regular email)?

How do you add Google Apps email account to a Gmail app? Currently I have my GApps accounts in regular email, which require set time interval refresh for propagation.

Is there anyway to set up an GApp account using Gmail app itself?

not sure i understand the question sorry but u can add a google account in "accounts and sync" setting... then log into Gmail with that
