how do you screenshot from a boost ZTE?

i just got my phone and i cant figure out how to screenshot with it. i've read every thing and asked loads of people but i still cant figure it out.

It should be the power and volume down buttons at the same time.

What ZTE device do you have? Did you try holding down the Power and Volume Down button together for a few seconds?
