How do you fix gallery and audio issues on htc desire 626s?

[AC Question]

Hi All,
I've tried just about everything from connecting my phone to the PC and transferring files; renaming .nomedia files; downloading suggested apps; made more space and still unable to view my gallery pictures/videos on phone and/or SD card. It shows as an error triangle. Please provide advice to help resolve this matter without me having to do a factory reset...last resort.

Welcome to the forums. You can't view the photos on the device, or when trying to see them on the PC?
