How do you flash Nougat Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920V to SM-N920T?

I am currently trying to convert my Verizon Note 5 (SM-N920V) to T-Mobile (SM-N920T) rom. Every rom I attempt to download Odin fails with either Bootloader error, or fail device 3, binary 2. I understand the latter error is a result of attempting to downgrade the OS. Is there a way to downgrade the Verizon version back to Marshmallow? From there it would be my thought upgrading the rom with T-Mobile's Nougat rom would download no problem. Or is there a way to download T-Mobile's Nougat to replace Verizon's Nougat?
