How do you get pics/videos from gallery to the PC?

Hi,
I have a lot of pictures and videos on my phone. What are the ways people easily copy those over to a PC?

The way I use is to plug your phone into your computer and mount your SD card (Pull down the notification bar and select to mount the device). Then open up your SD card from your computer, find your pictures folder and drag them off of your phone to your computer or vice versa.

I use android manager wifi and like it - when in to lazy or forgot my cable at work. Otherwise I pulg-drag-and drop

Another option if you have wi fi access in your home and your phone is linked up to use it then you can download a program called " ES File Explorer " from the Market. Its free and works alot like Windows Explorer. You can view anything on your phone from the phones onboard files to anything on the SD card. You can also move/access files on your LAN/WiFi connection. Also has FTP access to. Pretty neat little app to have on hand, might not be as easy as the USB cable connection to PC but this is also one other option.
