How do you get running guides to route to headphones, not watch speaker

Hi,
I am using my Galaxy Watch to monitor my runs and I have the Running app to send Guides every 5 minutes but I cannot get the sound to come out to my bluetooth headphones which are connected to my phone. I am using Google Music to play and control music using the Watch ok and I get sound from that in my headphones. I've tried every setting I can see?

Go into Bluetooth, find the watch, go to its settings and turn off Media.

Phone Audio (selected)
Input Device (not selected)
