How do you get s voice to listen to you when screen off?

The settings say you can say hi galaxy with screen off to start it up but mine doesn't work with when off . What can I do to make it work with screen off?

Does anyone use s voice and know how to get this to work ?

It doesn't work with screen off, you have to turn the screen on first then say the wake up command.
