How do you import photos onto Moment

The sprint store wasn't sure how to do it even... using my laptop, I put photos on SD card (with adapter) then put SD card back into phone. It shows many of the folders, so I know it is reading it, but I cannot locate the photos.

I have tried using gallery and file viewer... any suggestions. I googled it, but did not find help on how to import photos.

have you tried mounting your SD card while it's still in your phone and transferring it that way?

not sure why it isn't recognizing your pictures... especially if the folders are all there and such. it should show up under file viewer.

Problem resolved. I did try "mounting" (hate that phrase) and it didn't work. Took it to Sprint and apparently after they transferred my contacts, they forgot to flip a switch to allow a computer to communicate with it etc. They were very helpful and I can know freely transfer between computer and phone.
