More and more, I've been seeing reviews that simply say "does what it says" and I find these to be very helpful. I've also noticed way too many opinions, in a review, that don't apply to the functionality or stability of the app. Things like - "with all the problems in today's world, we don't need content like this in a game" and then they give it one star without ever playing it WTF?!?! One thing I do appreciate, in a review, is a heads up about potential problems. And example would be a photo safe I almost installed. Luckily, one reviewer explained that when you hide a pic (using that app), the extension gets changed and if you unisntall it, all photos with the new extension are deleted. That's a big deal. I've also seen bad reviews for an app that the reviewer felt was pointless, that's where the "it does what it says" review is appropriate.
