How Do You (Manually) Sync/Update Your Google Info On The EVO3D?

How do you manually sync your Google Contacts, Calendars, ect; to your Google account on the EVO3D? I looked through this forum, but didn't see anything that explained how to manually do it.

Menu -> Settings -> Accounts and Sync -> Google -> Sync Now

I can't believe that I missed that section in the Settings menu. Thank you for your help!
