How do you move apps when the tablet you have doesn't have the option?

Hello everyone. I have a Visual Land Elite 9q Android tablet. I am running out of space and my tablet doesn't have the option to move apps to the microsd inside of it. Is there any other way to move the apps to the microsd card or put the apps somewhere else, like a computer? If it helps, I am using Android version 4.4.2.

Welcome to Android Central! Not all devices support the Move to SD feature. For devices that don't, you'd have to root the device and use an app like Link2SD or App Mgr III. If you've never rooted before, be careful -- if you do the wrong thing, you might brick the device. But if you're interested, search around the web to see if this device can be rooted -- the forums at XDA-developers.com are a good place to start. Good luck!
