how do u move ur files from inernal storage an SD card on ZTE andriod

I would like to do this on my phone and not through a computer

Welcome to Android Central! You could use any file manager app (like the one suggested above, although I prefer Total Commander), or you could connect the phone to your computer via USB and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the files.
