If your carrier didn't disable it and the number you're calling supports it, there's a Video Call button on the dialer.

But if you want something like FaceTime, you can use Hangouts, Skype, Tango, etc. Plethora of options! I think even Facebook's Messenger has some accounts with video calling enabled now.

I think it's a Video Conference Call.Go into Settings & Open Face Call, iPhone works this way. I don't know how to do it with Xperia z5 & I'd like too know how too.

If you have Facebook, use FB messenger app to video call the person.

You can try third party apps such as Tango or Skype that can be downloaded from the Google play store.
