How do you set the Chromecast's time?

I just noticed that the time displayed on my Chromecast's wallpaper is an hour fast. I can't figure out where or if it's possible to change this time.

It's not as though I rely on this clock, or even see it all that often, but it's interesting to me that it's wrong and I don't seem to be able to change it.

use chromecast app on Pc/Mac/Android. click on your chromecast settings and change the timezone to the right zone

I didn't realize there were more settings if you tap on individual Chromecast within the Chromecast app.
