How do you stop the ads from popping up?

I have purchased the Super VIP package for Go SMS Pro and the ads are driving me crazy....I can't finish typing a five-word text without three or four ads popping up and interrupting me. It is my understanding that the ads should have disappeared for good once I purchased the Super VIP feature but they actually became more frequent!!! How do I contact a warm body at GO SMS Pro to have this fixed????

Hi, on Google Play you should be able to see their contact details when in the app.
