How do you tell if a case is fake?

Hi There,

I've recent brought a Samsung Galaxy S5 case from Ebay and paid £18 for it, was advertised genuine, can someone explain how you can tell the real ones to the fakes ones? It's one of those cases with the plastic window to the front. I also have to take the back off my phone and use the phone case. Any advice on what I would be looking for to see if I've been done would be great.

Has your case got the water resistant seal inside the back cover? Be careful when replacing the back cover with a non OEM case as you will not be protected.

I bought the same on and don't know whether it is actually genuine. When I folder the front cover right back to use the phone it goes into the mode it does when the case is closed
