How do you use two watches on one phone? It keeps resetting every time I switch

I now have two BT S2 watches. I added the platinum color one. Now, I can't figure out how to switch between my two watches. Both show as paired in my BT list. If I choose the "connect new gear," it shows both watches as paired. If I tap on the other one, it starts up the new watch connection process. One time, it did nothing. Most recently, it caused my watch to soft reset.

Is this supposed to work? Now I am wondering if I decide to get an S3, will I have to abandon my S2?
