how does Google Quickoffice compare to Google Docs? Also, has anybody tried it on a tablet?

I personally think that Google Docs is the most overlooked word processor ever. You have just as many features as Microsoft office, you can insert equations, directly find and insert citations, create custom scripts for it, and there's a ton of extensions for it. And, it's free. Google bought Quickoffice a while back. How does it compare to Google Docs?
