How Does The Thunderbolt Handle Dust?

I work a security job where the phone is exposed to dust, heat, wind and environmental conditions. I'm wondering how well the Thunderbolt will stand up to this or if I should consider using another phone on the days I work.

Mine is used at a construction sites, keep it in a Seidio Convert Case no problems at all, when not at work I take off the outer shells and use the shell case....very nice.
