I know how to supress notifications but cannot find which app is generating them... if I click on the weather warning it takes me to weatherbug.com but I don't have the WB app installed...

Help!

I'm a new tablet user so I'm not quite sure I'll give you the best answer but at least let me give it a try. This is what I've found.

Did you ask "Google Now" the temperature in your area? If so, the temperature will display in the notification bar and whenever you swipe up for Google Now. To get rid of the info, swipe the "card" to the right or left.

Also, click on the Google Now settings icon and then click on "Google Now." You can set individual "cards" for Weather, traffic, appointments, etc. You can turn them on or off.

In your notifications drawer you can ALWAYS press and hold a notification until 'app info' appears. Click that. Then unchecked the notifications box there.

I don't think that it is a Google Now thing... when I click on the notification I get a screen that shows the weather as a picture (today it showed windshield wipers - it was raining). On my old HTC Evo 4G it had a built in weather app and that is what this feels like but I cannot find an app or anything in settings...
