Honestly, if you have to ask as basic a question as how to flash firmware, then you don't know enough to mess with it. You can totally kill your phone if you don't know what you're doing. If something is wrong with your S7 to where you need to reflash it, you should probably take it to a repair shop, or your carrier and ask them for help.
