how i can fix there is no space in memory while i have new 8Gb card in samsung s5

i have Samsung s5 with 16 Gb internal memory & 8Gb new memory card but when i want to download any application a massage comes on that thee is no space,App permission or memory running

Welcome to Android Central! How much free space do you have in Internal Storage? Does it report plenty of available space, or are you pretty full? This is only for Internal Storage--the SD card doesn't figure into the initial download and installation of an app.
