How i get my management app back?

I accidentally removed it now i can't get it back

Which version of android?
Which carrier?
Which app?

If you just removed the icon from the home screen, just go to the app drawer and long-press and drag the icon back.

If you uninstalled the app, you will need to install it again from where you got it in the first place.
