How is T Mobile and LG with updates?

Just picked up an LG G7 on Swappa and wondered how the updates are with LG and T Mobile specifically with security patches?

Both are bad. TMobile used to be good. Not lately. LG has a poor record when it comes to updates or any kind.

LG did, OEMs keep making false promises like this always. I'll take this with a grain of salt and until they prove me wrong with actual fast updates I'm not going to believe whatever these OEMs say about updates (especially carriers modified versions of Samsung and LG)
