How is the 4G coverage on the metro Atlanta area

I'm thinking of making the switch to T-Mobile from Verizon as people who have T-Mobile at my job get way better reception in the building than I do. My biggest worry though is how reliable is the 4G service when I am away from work. So if any fellow Atlantans could give me some insight on how well the service is in and around Atlanta, Gwinnette, and occasionally Athens I would greatly appreciate it
