How is the build quality on the Galaxy Note 6?

Are there any rumors about the build quality for the Note 6? I honestly think they hit a home run with the build of the Note 5. I love the glass back and metal sides. I don't mind there being a non removable battery or no access for an SD card slot. I actually like the build as it is. Do you think we can expect a similar build for the Note 6?

Nope. I would fully expect it to be very similar build materials, but no information floating out there yet and there are no units that have been reviewed for build quality.

The release of the S7 will tell us a lot. While it may not be exact it should give you an idea. ( the S5 was water resistant, yet the note4 wasn't, so not everything is exact).

I just want the 3600mah battery and ill be good lol. I dont like glass backs but i live w it, since my note5 is in a case anyway.

If the S7 is an indication of what Samsung will do with the Note 6, then it will probably be the same design and build quality.

I really hope it will be water and dust resistant. Also the pipe that the s7 has seems like a great idea as it should keep the battery healthy for longer, so I really hope the note 6 will have this too.

I think it will be hard to make the note 6 waterproof with the S pen slot and all, but I'm pretty sure they will bring back the SD card slot. Oh I can't wait to see it :)

Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

Maybe the S pen will be waterproof, lol. Nah all jokes aside , you're probably right.

What's the pipe?

Every Note device, bar the Note 3, has the same design language as the S-line model of the same year.

Put the 2 together and you'll see that both of them look pretty similar.

I left the Note 3 as an exception because they swapped out the gloss-plastic back for a textured soft-touch matte plastic back that actually feels nice, though I could live without the rather tacky-looking fake stitches.

Unless Samsung has a radical plan for the N6, expect it to look pretty similar to the S7.

I agree with the above statement it will most likely be the same with some minor tweaks outside of water resistant can you make the edges curve like the edge our current note 5 already has the curved back outside of that really external there is nothing to change.

Obvious Statement: The Note 6 will look like a very big S7 with an S-Pen.
Query: Why are we still talking about the build quality of an unannounced, unreleased device?
Translation: Do we mean, "what will the build materials be"?
Observation: There have been 0 Note 6's reviewed to be able to answer any questions about the materials used, let alone the sturdiness, durability, fit and finish, etc.
Query: Or is the question, "what materials and such do you want them to use"?
