How is the GPS on the 6.1?

I'm thinking about buying the 6.1, how is the satellite based GPS (when you're away from cell reception) work? I had a Nokia Icon and it had some issues.

I'm thinking about buying the 6.1, how is the satellite based GPS (when you're away from cell reception) work? I had a Nokia Icon and it had some issues.

Seems OK so far, in my very limited testing. My 6.1 is fairly new and I haven't used it yet for turn by turn (drive) navigation, but the GPS location in mapping apps seems to be accurate and relatively fast, and thus far I have no reason to suspect that it not perform well.
