How is the reverse charging?

It's basic. For the watch or buds it works great because they have tiny batteries, but for other devices it's like charging a 2019 battery in a 2015 wireless pad: slow.

The only downside is, its limited by the size of the phone's battery.

Anything your pulling from the phone to charge the watch will drain the phone...if the phone itself had a bigger battery I think this feature would be great. Sure it'll work in a pinch, but I don't see myself using it much.
I'm getting the active watch...and excited to try that

The phone won't let you charge another device if it falls below 30% itself, so there's that. Again, this feature is mostly meant for small-battery accessories, and while it will work in a pinch for other phones, it's really impractical (watch Mr. Mobile's review, it takes a while to charge a Pixel by 10%,and the S10 lost about 15%... it's not 'apples to apples' since the battery size is different, but you get the idea).

It's efficiency - neither discharging from the S10 or charging the Pixel has 100% efficiency. 67% is a bit ridiculous, but it is what it is. (That's why it can take 90 minutes for a full charge [0 to 100%].)

There's that, too... but 10% of a Pixel 3 battery, 3430mAh is not the same as 10% on the S10+, 4100mAh. That's why I said it's not 'apples to apples'.

Yes, that too. The Pixel is only about 83% of the S10, so that makes the efficiency even worse.
