How long is history stored on Android Tablets?

Hi, what is the default browser on Android Tablets, and how long does it store the history?

Can it store history for 12 months?

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet? If it's Chrome, the history will remain as long as you never cleared it from any of your Chrome browsers. If you cleared your history on Chrome on your computer, for example, and if you have Chrome on your tablet set to sync to your Google account, then the browsing history on the tablet will be cleared as well.

I'm not exactly sure how a stock browser (that doesn't sync with your Google account) behaves, though. I would guess that the entire history will remain unless you clear it manually.
