Maybe this question has already been answered, but why does it matter? Has anyone identified a difference in the versions, other than the version number itself?
Matters to me because my leaked update has quite a few bugs. My videos all play back choppy as hell, widgets reload on the homepage randomly, my web browser is starting to crash even if it's not a Flash site, the gallery takes forever to load the thumbnails, vignette gallery flat out doesn't load the thumbnails and if I try to open a picture it freezes. There's some other issues too. I need the official update. Learned my damn lesson from this nonsense to just wait for the official updates.
And how do we do that?

I have the suspicion that they'll wait to isolate bugs from the .6 build, then release a small patch to get everyone on the same page once again.
Well picked up my Evo from Sprint and it now has the OTA Froyo instead of the early version.
So is there any point to getting my phone rolled back?
I did the .3 upgrade even after seeing (and retweeting) the HTC warning. I haven't had any problems and enjoyed making fun of my Droid X toting friends all weekend![]()
