How long is the block from misusing Messenger?

I log into Facebook Messenger using a phone number, this is the 3rd time that I've been blocked! This time it is longer than a month, I can't contact anyone to find out how long the block is. All I did was send a few messages and write on my day, close out the app, and when I tried to log in it says I was misuing it by going too fast. How long am I blocked for?

Which messenger app are you using? You might be able to contact them through the contact information associated with their Google Play Store listing.

Did they reply? Simply sending an email will not get results within 5 hours typically, unless they replied with information.
