I bought a Note 5 for Verizon from Best Buy on Saturday. I called Verizon to activate the phone and the customer service rep said it would take until Wednesday (5 days!) to deliver the SIM to activate the phone (make calls, text, LTE service). The customer service rep could barely speak English which was incredibly annoying and frustrating. Is 5 days normal for starting a new mobile account with Verizon? Best Buy and Verizon charged me $800 for my 64GB Note 5. They want me to wait 5 days to use it???!!!
