How long to root and cooked roms?

I wonder if and how long before we can root and then will we be able to add the sense UI or the Rachel media player. What cook roms can we looked foward to

Yeah, because they are in the euro droid , shouldnt we beable to just copy the code and use it , or is it not that simple...

no idea, i remember reading something about having to download something regarding the euro browser and it would work, but i still have a ways to go to learn about manipulating the software beyond the user level
